9jili Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between 9jili and all users of the 9jili platform, including the website located at 9jili.org and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use any part of the Platform.

By accessing the 9jili Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

9jili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 9jili. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 9jili strictly enforces this age restriction and conducts identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 9jili's sole discretion.

The 9jili Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 9jili makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

To register a 9jili account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Create a unique username and a strong, confidential password.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 9jili. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

9jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 9jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information in your 9jili account profile. Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 9jili account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 9jili customer support immediately via live chat or email. 9jili reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 9jili reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the account holder prior to application. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

9jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. 9jili does not accept deposits via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the limits specified on the 9jili deposit page, which may be updated from time to time. 9jili reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 9jili account. Before processing any withdrawal, 9jili may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to 9jili's standard processing schedule. 9jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud investigation or KYC completion.

All transactions on 9jili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 9jili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. 9jili reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

9jili actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

9jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

The availability of specific games on 9jili may vary from time to time due to technical maintenance, licensing restrictions, or regulatory requirements. 9jili does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, 9jili reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. 9jili's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

9jili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on obvious pricing errors, or bets that 9jili has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 9jili. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change at 9jili's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, or identity theft.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 9jili staff or other players.

All content on the 9jili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 9jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 9jili.

9jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9jili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and 9jili cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9jili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at 9jili's sole discretion for any business reason. Upon termination for cause, 9jili may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.

You may close your 9jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, players may also escalate complaints to 9jili's customer support team, which will conduct a formal review and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.

9jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9jili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 9jili Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
